Description
For a mothers small group, we offer “A Deep Breath for Moms.” Parenting with mindfulness helps us look beyond our children’s outer behaviors, and see our kids as they are: beautiful and unique souls who naturally seek love, freedom, and understanding. This deeper awareness helps us respond to parenting struggles with more wisdom and compassion.
Each week of this five-week series explores a different topic:
- Week 1: Mindful, not Mythful  Will I ever be that perfect mom?
- Week 2: Attention  What gets my attention?
- Week 3: Purpose  What is my goal in raising this child?
- Week 4: Being Present  How can I be here, now?
- Week 5: Self-care What restores my soul?
